Not self-willed Given to hospitality
Not easily angered Not violent Gentle

Apt to teach Rule own house well Good reputation Believing children

Not contentious Not given to too much wine

DEACON QUALITIES

Deacons are set apart as individuals full of the Holy Spirit to help in the work of administering & helping to meet the needs of people of the church.

Serious Proved Blameless
Husband of one wife Ruling own house well

Holding the faith in pure conscience Truth teller Not given to too much wine Not greedy
